Add system prompt to compaction summarization

Browse source 
- SUMMARIZATION_SYSTEM_PROMPT explains the task clearly
- Tells model to NOT continue conversation, ONLY output summary
- Updated prompts to reference 'messages above' for clarity
- Pass systemPrompt to completeSimple
