fix(widgets): add max line limit and document multi-hook behavior

- Limit total widget lines to 10 to prevent viewport overflow/flicker
- Show '... (widget truncated)' when limit exceeded
- Document that multiple hooks stack widgets vertically
- Add caution about keeping widgets small
