Adds 'Threaded' as a new sort mode (now default) that displays sessions
in a tree structure based on parent-child relationships. Compact one-line
format with message count and age right-aligned for clean title alignment.

Adds 'Threaded' as a new sort mode (now default) that displays sessions
in a tree structure based on parent-child relationships. The tree is
sorted by root session's modified date. Other sort modes (Recent, Fuzzy)
continue to show flat lists.
Sort mode cycles: Threaded -> Recent -> Fuzzy -> Threaded
I lost my ability to select up and down in the session selector because
of some hardcoded keybindings again... So, I am adding these
configurable keybindings so I can `ctrl+p` to select up :-)

Adds 4 new keybinding actions for the session picker (/resume):
- `toggleSessionPath` (ctrl+p) - toggle path display
- `toggleSessionSort` (ctrl+r) - toggle sort mode
- `deleteSession` (ctrl+d) - delete selected session
- `deleteSessionNoninvasive` (ctrl+backspace) - delete when query empty
Refactors session-selector to use `kb.matches()` instead of hardcoded key checks.
* Add session renaming in interactive mode resume picker
Session list now displays last message timestamp as modified time
instead of file mtime. Ctrl+N enters rename mode in the interactive
resume picker, allowing quick session renaming without leaving the
selector. Rename hint is shown only in interactive mode, not in the
CLI --resume picker./

Components with search inputs now implement Focusable interface and
propagate focus state to their child Input components. This allows
the hardware cursor to be positioned correctly for IME candidate
window placement.

When OAuth refresh fails during model discovery, getApiKey() now returns
undefined instead of throwing. This allows the app to start and fall back
to other providers, so the user can /login to re-authenticate.

Enable the Kitty keyboard protocol on terminal start to receive enhanced
key sequences that include modifier information. This fixes Shift+Enter
not working in Ghostty, Kitty, WezTerm, and other modern terminals.
