fix(coding-agent): propagate paddingX to custom editors 
setCustomEditorComponent() was not copying the paddingX setting from
the default editor to extension-provided editors. Also propagate live
changes from the settings callback.

09471ebc7d feat(coding-agent): add ctx.ui.setEditorComponent() extension API 
- Add setEditorComponent() to ctx.ui for custom editor components
- Add CustomEditor base class for extensions (handles app keybindings)
