* fix(tui): keep file suggestions open when typing in Tab-triggered mode
Previously, pressing Tab on an empty prompt or after a space would show
file suggestions, but typing a letter would dismiss them because the
text didn't look like a path pattern. Now the editor tracks whether
autocomplete was triggered via Tab (force mode) or naturally (regular
mode), and uses the appropriate suggestion method when updating.
* fix(tui): hide autocomplete when backspacing slash command to empty
Previously, typing / showed slash command suggestions, but pressing
Backspace to delete it showed file suggestions instead of hiding all
suggestions.
- Skills registered as /skill:name commands for quick access
- Toggle via /settings or skills.enableSkillCommands in settings.json
- Fuzzy matching for all slash command autocomplete (type /skbra for /skill:brave-search)
- Moved fuzzy module from coding-agent to tui package for reuse

- Fix //tmp issue: distinguish slash commands from file paths by checking if anything precedes the /
- Fix symlinks to directories (like /tmp) not getting trailing slash
- Replace slow synchronous directory walking with fd for fuzzy file search
- Auto-download fd to ~/.pi/agent/tools/ if not found in PATH
- Performance improved from ~900ms to ~10ms per keystroke on large repos
- Remove minimatch dependency from tui package
- Graceful degradation if fd unavailable (empty results)

Based on PR #60 by @fightbulc, reimplemented for performance.
- Fixed catastrophic regex backtracking in extractPathPrefix that caused
terminal to hang when text contained many / characters (e.g., URLs).
Replaced complex regex with simple lastIndexOf approach. (#18)
- Fixed arrow keys moving both autocomplete selection and editor cursor
by adding missing return statement after handling arrow keys in
autocomplete mode.

Fixed rendering artifact where duplicate bottom borders appeared when components
dynamically shifted positions (e.g., Ctrl+C in agent clearing status container).
Root cause: Container wasn't reporting as "changed" when cleared (0 children),
causing differential renderer to skip re-rendering that area.
Solution: Container now tracks previousChildCount and reports changed when
child count changes, ensuring proper re-rendering when containers are cleared.

- Set up npm workspaces for three packages: pi-tui, pi-agent, and pi (pods)
