e0754fdbb3 fix(ai,coding-agent): make pi-ai browser-safe and move OAuth runtime exports 
- add browser smoke bundling check to root check + pre-commit

- lazy-load Bedrock provider registration to avoid browser graph traversal

- remove top-level OAuth runtime exports from @mariozechner/pi-ai

- add @mariozechner/pi-ai/oauth subpath export and update coding-agent imports

- move proxy dispatcher init to coding-agent CLI (Node-only)

- document Bedrock/OAuth browser limitations

closes #1814

7574fed2f2 feat: use keybindings in all selectors and lists 
Update all selector/list components to use EditorKeybindingsManager:
- model-selector, session-selector, oauth-selector, user-message-selector
- hook-selector, hook-input, hook-editor, tree-selector
- select-list, settings-list, cancellable-loader

This allows users to configure selectUp, selectDown, selectConfirm,
selectCancel actions in keybindings.json

8f2682578b feat: configurable keybindings for all editor and app actions 
All keybindings configurable via ~/.pi/agent/keybindings.json

Editor actions:
- cursorUp, cursorDown, cursorLeft, cursorRight
- cursorWordLeft, cursorWordRight, cursorLineStart, cursorLineEnd
- deleteCharBackward, deleteCharForward, deleteWordBackward
- deleteToLineStart, deleteToLineEnd
- newLine, submit, tab
- selectUp, selectDown, selectConfirm, selectCancel

App actions:
- interrupt, clear, exit, suspend
- cycleThinkingLevel, cycleModelForward, cycleModelBackward
- selectModel, expandTools, toggleThinking, externalEditor

Also adds support for numpad Enter key (Kitty protocol codepoint 57414
and SS3 M sequence)

Example emacs-style keybindings.json:

54018b6cc0 Refactor OAuth/API key handling: AuthStorage and ModelRegistry 
- Add AuthStorage class for credential storage (auth.json)
- Add ModelRegistry class for model management with API key resolution
- Add discoverAuthStorage() and discoverModels() discovery functions
- Add migration from legacy oauth.json and settings.json apiKeys to auth.json
- Remove configureOAuthStorage, defaultGetApiKey, findModel, discoverAvailableModels
- Remove apiKeys from Settings type and SettingsManager methods
- Rename getOAuthPath to getAuthPath
- Update SDK, examples, docs, tests, and mom package

8d1229b5ec fix(coding-agent): use key helpers for arrow keys and Enter 
Fixed arrow key and Enter detection in selector components to work
with Kitty protocol when Caps Lock or Num Lock is enabled.

Updated: oauth-selector, user-message-selector, hook-selector,
hook-input, model-selector, session-selector

f8b6164ecd Fix Escape key handling for Kitty keyboard protocol 
Add isEscape() helper that handles both raw (\x1b) and Kitty protocol
(\x1b[27u) Escape sequences. Update all components that check for
Escape key to use the new helper.
