- New SessionSelectorComponent to browse and select sessions
- Lists sessions sorted by last modified date
- Shows first message, created/modified dates, message count
- Automatically truncates long messages and formats dates
- Adds --resume/-r flag to CLI
- Session selector integrates with main flow
