- Add prepareBranchEntries() to extract messages and file operations
- Extract read/write/edit operations from tool calls
- Append static file operations section to summary
- Improve prompt for branch summarization
- Skip toolResult messages (context already in assistant message)
- Export new types: BranchPreparation, FileOperations
