fix: update install script URL from 0.3.x to 0.4.x

The E2B and Vercel providers install sandbox-agent 0.3.x inside sandboxes
while the SDK client speaks 0.4.0 ACP protocol, causing AcpRpcError -32603.

Fixes #272
