Harivansh Rathi 017efe06b0 fix: add Mock agent stub in idempotency test ... The test was missing a stub agent process launcher for Mock, causing install_is_idempotent_for_all_supported_agents_when_artifacts_exist to fail since Mock's install would write the launcher instead of detecting it as already installed.
